Veronica is an attractive and unusual Romanesco type cauliflower. A striking example of fractal geometry found in nature, its lime-green heads form spirals upon spirals of turreted spears.
Romanesco Veronica has a slightly smoother than the traditional white cauliflowers with a nutty, earthy flavor and slightly crunchy texture.
Plants can grow to up to 75cm tall before producing flower buds. They will do best when planted in the summer for a fall harvest, or winter harvest in mild climates.
Interesting note: Romanesco types are often referred to as calabrese but, botanically, they are still cauliflower.

We ship by regular mail with delivery confirmation. As soon as your parcel leaves us, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
