The Green Zebra tomato is a unique and flavorful bi-color variety that starts out with light green skin with dark green stripes, transforming into yellow with green stripes as the fruit ripens. Unlike most tomatoes, the Green Zebra's flesh remains a vibrant green even when fully ripe.
Green Zebra tomatoes (weight 100-120 grams per tomato when mature) offer a refreshingly tart flavor with a well-balanced sweetness, perfect for salads or adding a tangy twist to dishes. support due to their sprawling vines.
Remember to regularly remove suckers (shoots that grow between the main stem and branches) in order to help the plant focus its energy on producing delicious fruit. An open-pollinated variety, so you can save the seeds for future plantings!
