We hope that you are satisfied with your order from us. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item/order if you change your mind, if you find an item which is not as you expect, or if an item is faulty.

In all cases of returns:

  • Package must not be opened
  • Respond within 8 days

Please examine your items and inform us of any problems as soon as you receive your delivery, as returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.

    3.75 euro for all EU countries.
  3. When will my order be processed and shipped?
    All orders are packed with 1-3 working days.

    Once you place your order, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or modified. Please be sure to review your order items, address, and billing information before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct and accurate.
  5. Can I cancel my order? 
    If you order has not been shipped out we can still cancel it.
  6. Do you 100% guarantee growing success?
    Unfortunately we are not able to provide this 100% guaranteed growing success. Fontana Seeds gives no warranty, express or implied, as to description, productiveness or any other matter of any seeds or bulbs it sells and will not be responsible for the crop. We do not guarantee germination or a successful crop. We cannot guarantee this as there are too many variables beyond our control in order to do so (i.e., soil preparation, sowing, planting, fertilization, weed & pest control, adequate irrigation and/or drainage, chill hours, compatibility with your growing zone, proper choice of pollinator, etc).
