Specially selected for planting from late September through November, this easy-growing mix thrives in mild autumn and winter conditions, producing continuous harvests of leafy greens, herbs, roots, and sweet early peas in pots, raised beds, and compact urban gardens.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Plant from late September through November in a sunny position with at least 4–6 hours of direct light daily. Use quality, well-draining vegetable soil in pots, containers, raised beds, or garden beds.

Water regularly to keep soil lightly moist, especially during dry or windy periods. Feed every 2–3 weeks with a balanced organic vegetable fertiliser for continuous leafy growth.

Sowing & Care

Kale, Chard, Spinach & Rocket: Sow directly or transplant seedlings 20–40 cm apart. Harvest outer leaves regularly to encourage new growth.
Radish ‘Cherry Belle’: Sow directly into soil and keep evenly moist for tender roots. Ready quickly in cooler weather.
Welsh Onion ‘Ishikura’: Grow in deep containers or beds with regular watering for long white stems.
Parsley & Coriander: Prefer cooler temperatures and consistent moisture. Harvest little and often.
Pea ‘First Early May’: Provide a small trellis or support. Pick young pods regularly to prolong cropping.

Most varieties tolerate mild winter conditions and can be harvested continuously through autumn and winter in Mediterranean climates. Regular harvesting encourages fresh new growth and higher yields.
